What areas do you serve?

We currently service all of the Triangle, up to a 35-mile radius surrounding Durham, NC. That means we offer roadside assistance service to Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Chapel Hill and  Hillsborough.

Do you operate 24 hours and 7 days a week?

We are fully operational from 9am to 8pm 7 days a week. Service requests after 8pm are handled on a case by case basis, and depend on location and service needs.

What happens if I need service after 8pm?

If you need service after 8pm, please call us with your location and needs so that we can determine if service is available to your area during our non-peak hours. Service may depend on location, needs, and vehicle type.

How much do your services cost?

All of our services are priced competitively at $30-45 during the hours of 9am and 8pm. All services requested after hours may be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

We will need to see a valid, in-date photo ID as well as proof of ownership of the vehicle for all Car Locksmith service requests. This is to release us from any liability and to ensure that we’re only handing the keys over to the actual owner of the vehicle.

What types of photo ID do you accept?

The most common form of photo ID we accept is a valid, in-date driver’s license. We’ll also accept a valid passport or state ID.

What can I use as proof of ownership?

You can use your registration or insurance information as proof of ownership, which most drivers normally carry with them. If you don’t have these available, we can accept your vehicle’s title. Please note that if you cannot present one of the above items as proof of ownership, we may be required to contact a police officer who can run your tags and verify that you own the vehicle.

What happens if my vehicle is damaged as a result of your services?

We strive to use the safest and most effective methods for providing reliable roadside assistance to our customers. However, damage to your vehicle may still occur. In the case that damage occurs due to a service we’ve rendered, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the damage. This applies to all services except Car Locksmith service.

What is the Waiver of Liability?

This is a document you must sign releasing us from liability in the event that your vehicle is damaged during Car Locksmith services. Because of the nature of this service and the tools used to force entry into a vehicle, scratches or dents sometimes occur and are sometimes unavoidable. We will strive to do everything we can to avoid damage to your vehicle, but in the event damage occurs we will not be held liable.

What happens if I don’t want to sign the Waiver of Liability?

We require this Waiver to be signed for every Car Locksmith service request. If you do not feel comfortable signing this waiver we understand, but we will not be able to provide Car Locksmith services without it. We may be able to help you locate another company that does not require such a waiver, or you may have to have your vehicle towed to your dealership and serviced there.
